I wonder how many of you answered that opening question with something like ‘my boss’ ‘local politicians’ ‘the noise my neighbours make’ or a million and one other options you may have come up with. Most of which are out of your control.

But to be honest, those are the answers to a completely different question.

What makes you AngryTake a look at the photo. The real question is … “what underlying emotion are you feeling that is being projected as anger against someone or something else?”

Anger, without fail, undoubtedly comes from an underlying feeling based in FEAR. The fear of loss, rejection, being out of control, being found out, being left out, the list goes on.

As Marianne Williamson famously says there are only two emotions… Love and Fear.

“Love is what we are born with.

Fear is what we learn.”

When we remember to approach a situation, any situation, from a place or a base of love our perspective changes, there is nothing to fear. Now consider how this will change your everyday life. If you are angry on a regular basis ask yourself “What is the underlying emotion I am feeling'” Then go ahead and address the REAL problem.
